By using owlester.com, including joining our waitlist, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Owlester is a social news platform currently in a pre-launch phase. At this stage, owlester.com primarily lets you join a waitlist and view information about features we are building — including a news timeline, bias check, and fact check tools. Features, availability, and launch timing may change before general release.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use owlester.com. Owlester is not directed at, and should not be used by, children under 13.

Submitting your email to our waitlist registers your interest in Owlester and lets us notify you when the platform launches. It does not guarantee access, a specific launch date, or that any particular feature described on the site will be included at launch.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or someone else's email address without their permission
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt or scrape it at scale
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

The Owlester name, logo, and the content of this site are owned by Owlester or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our permission, other than to view the site for personal, non-commercial use.

owlester.com and the waitlist are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owlester is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, owlester.com.

We may update these terms as Owlester develops. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
