Munich Oktoberfest Ride Offers Free Shorts Amid Upskirting Controversy

A popular ride at Munich's Oktoberfest, the Teufelsrad, has sparked controversy due to the circulation of thousands of voyeuristic videos. The ride's operator has started providing free cycling shorts to women to help protect them from being filmed under their skirts.
